It’s always worrying when your pet has suddenly become ill or injured, and even more so in the middle of the night. For this reason, VetsOne provides an emergency after hours service.
Please note though, this is for genuine emergencies such as:
- Hit by car
- Acute Poisoning
- Gaping wounds
- Broken bones
- Sudden collapse
- Seizures
- Respiratory
- Vomiting
- Blood loss etc.
Please know that our team is here for you and your pet regardless of the hour. However, we ask you to respect that the vets on duty have already worked a full day and will have another day ahead after they stop being on duty. For this reason, this service is restricted to genuine emergencies. If you have concerns you are welcome to call and ask, but the vet may defer cases that do not sound urgent to the next working day.
