We have a very easy to use online booking app attached to the home page on our website
Like our online shop, it is easy to access, intuitive and convenient. Once opened, it will ask for some basic details and ask you to select a date and time that is convenient for you. You will be able to see in real time what bookings are available when. You can also leaves notes to the team about your concerns. Your details, the booking and the notes are accessible to us in real time on our clinic diary. You can also change the booking if needed.
Please note that this is only available for non-urgent consultations at this stage. This should never be used to try to book an emergency or after-hours call out as our on-call vets do not view these bookings after hours.
